Greece office
Property viewings, meetings with lawyers and notaries, the application file, and everything that has to happen on the ground.
An introduction and coordination firm working between Iraq, the Gulf and Greece.
We do not give Greek legal advice. Lawyers admitted in Greece do that.
P.A Golden Investment — PGI to most of our clients — exists to make a Greek property investment legible to a family that does not read Greek. We work in Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani) and English, and we have been asked the same questions often enough to answer them before they are asked.
What we do is practical. We assess eligibility against the rules as they currently stand, explain which routes are genuinely open at your budget, shortlist properties that actually qualify under the route you choose, introduce you to lawyers admitted in Greece and to Greek notaries, attend the meetings with you, translate what is said, and keep the file moving between three countries and two scripts.
What we are not is a law firm. We do not give Greek legal advice and we do not present ourselves as qualified to. Every application is prepared by a lawyer admitted in Greece. Every property transfer is completed by a Greek notary. We also do not give investment or tax advice: before you commit, a Greek accountant or your own adviser should look at the tax position in both countries.
This site was rebuilt for one specific reason. The version before it repeated a claim that circulates widely in this market — that after five years you can sell the property and keep the residence permit. That claim is false, and a family that acts on it loses its residence rights, parents and children included. We would rather lose an enquiry than repeat it.
Property viewings, meetings with lawyers and notaries, the application file, and everything that has to happen on the ground.
First conversations, eligibility assessment, document collection and legalisation — everything that can be done before you travel.
